Got this item and wasn't completely satisfied. First of all it never came with the head phones and the usb cable. Second the battery life is horrible had to charge my phone twice in one week cause it went completely dead. The MP doesnt allow you to group your songs it just puts them all together.The phone is nice and everything except for those little pot holes.
the scroll bar is really dumb, it is way to sensitive and not sensitive enough when u need it to be. This phone is just ok. every time you click on it, it scrolls up and opens the wrong thing. It look really sleek, something that bond who have. Moving around in the menu is not fun. this really annoys me. this is also not a txting phone, it is really hard and doesnt have the words that my last phone had which is dumb, needs a wider vocabulary.

I don't like the phone, people I usually talk to don't like my phone (we are disconnected way too many times because of losing the signal). One more thing, I have a terrible reception in my house, it works better outside, but.
the phone sure looks good, that's why I got it. but that's about it.
well, where should I start. So no internet on my LG SHINE.
you see nothing on the screen when you are outside, so typing messages is impossible. also even if the internet comes with my plan I cann't use it as the ATT people were not able to help me to set the browser and the LG people say sorry, it is an international version, we have nothing to do with it.
you can't make a call even when it has a "limited service", it is only for emergency calls. I wouldn't recommend this phone to my enemy.
